Vivien Heath, originally from London, is one of our main sales representatives and she has had over eight years experience living in Dalyan so she knows everything there is to know about the local area and also speaks the local language fluently.

For Omer, who built the houses himself, is more of an artist than a developer, and the wonderfully quirky design of the houses is testament to his inspired imagination. It took him years to complete his project and his labour of love has resulted in most charming accommodation, and a nomination for a prestigious European design award - the Aga Khan Award for Architecture. There are three seperate dwellings contained within the lavish garden, each with its own individual character. As Omer lives in a small cottage discreetly tucked into a corner of the property, he is always on hand to look after the properties and tend to the lovely grounds.
